FAQ

1. The bobbin case is not inserted correctly.

A: Remove and reinsert the bobbin case and pull on the thread.

2. The bobbin case is threaded wrong.

A: Check both bobbin and bobbin case if on the correct position.

A: Remove and reinsert the needle (flat side towards the back).

A: Insert a new needle.
