NECCHI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. (MILLEPUNTI) warrants that the product identified below is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty applies solely for private, non-commercial use of the product.
● Warranty Coverage
This warranty is effective only for the warranty period specified herein, when the product is owned by the original purchaser. It is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of original parts which, in the opinion of MILLEPUNTI, are defective in workmanship or material, and not subject to normal wear and tear. Such parts must be returned to MILLEPUNTI or an authorized service center designated by MILLEPUNTI.
● Duration of Limited Warranty
From the date of purchase, this limited warranty extends for a period of one (1) year.
MILLEPUNTI's liability is limited to the cost of the affected part and does not include labor charges. All other costs for the repair service under this warranty, including the shipping charges to and from MILLEPUNTI or an authorized service center designated by MILLEPUNTI, or to any other location designated by MILLEPUNTI, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All repair or replacement services covered under this warranty shall be performed exclusively at MILLEPUNTI or an authorized service center designated by MILLEPUNTI. This limited warranty is given subject to the following additional terms and conditions.
● Additional Terms and Conditions
1. MILLEPUNTI reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the product has been misused, neglected, damaged in transit, tampered with in any way, not maintained or lubricated according to MILLEPUNTI's specifications, or if the serial number has been defaced or altered, or if acceptable proof of purchase such as the original bill of sale or warranty certificate is not provided.
2. This warranty shall be void unless the product is registered online at www.millepunti-usa.com within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
3. The product must be unplugged from the power source when not in use.
● Scope of Exclusion
This warranty expressly excludes any liability for defects, failures, losses, deterioration, personal injuries, or damages resulting from (i) normal wear and tear or exposure, (ii) misuse, abuse, alterations, negligence, or (iii) the installation of parts other than genuine MILLEPUNTI parts or their equivalent.
● Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MILLEPUNTI be liable for any special or consequential damages, including but not limited to death or personal injury.
MILLEPUNTI does not authorize any person or entity to assume any obligation or liability beyond what is expressly stated in this document.
Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and in such cases, these limitations may not apply. This warranty provides the purchaser with specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state.
● Warranty Disclaimers and Non-transferability
There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated herein. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of this limited warranty. This warranty is non-transferable, and MILLEPUNTI shall not be bound by any other warranties or representations relating to the product.
